Shipping:  We take pride in carefully packaging our orders.  Please keep in mind that we charge actual shipping rates. Some items maybe packaged with extra packaging to ensure that it arrives safely at your door step.

Damaged items: If you receive an item that is damaged in transit please contact us immediately.  Send us an email with a photo of the damaged items so we can contact the carrier to open a claim.

​We ship all orders within 2 business days from our Ruth, MI location.

What is your Return Policy?

We here at J & L Creations, want you to LOVE your clothing purchases. We understand the from time to time things just may not fit right or a color isn’t what you expected So here is what you need to know about our return policy.

Since we are a small company we will accept returns on Clothing only with in 7 days from the date of delivery. Buyer must pay return shipping Charges. We recommend using the Post office since they provide tracking. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged in transit back to our facility.

Clothing must be in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unworn with original tags still attached.) Any clothing returned in less than new condition (make up stains, deodorant stains, heavily perfumed, pet hair or smoke) will not be accepted for return. Once clothing has been received we will issue you a store credit less a $3.00 restocking fee. Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges since our inventory is constantly changing.

Please note, Sale items, Clearance items, bath & body items, and all handmade items will not be accepted for returns.
